Pluto Inclusive is not your average support serivce! We specialise in making every day fun, from our state of the art centre filled with colourful, interactive technology to being out on the water, in the bush or just living everyday life, we believe that life should be fun. We want to make people's lives better by giving them incredible outside of the box experience's and activities every day.

Partnered with these amazing experience's and activities, Pluto support workers make any activity truly worthwhile.

They take the time to individualise their approach to work on many different aspects of people's lives in a way that is respectful, engaging and goal driven all while ensuring that their support is always beneficial to their participants.

We believe that the only way you can truly help someone is to get to know them for who they really are. So, we take the time to get to know every person we support. We want to know what they like, what they want to learn, what they need and what their dreams are. Then we spend every second of their time with us finding ways to chase down all that goodness in the most meaningful and beneficial way possible.

You will never find us wandering around town aimlessly, and you will never find a participant supported by us left alone without a meaningful interaction with their worker, we do our best to make every minute of support count.

It takes a special kind of person to work at Pluto. We are so proud of every person who is part of the Pluto team and every person who we support.

Our support is 1:1 and truly individualised whilst remaining hugely focused on social interaction, respecting others and just generally being good humans to each other.
